Dear friends,

The open club “Talks about the important” continues its work.  The next meeting of the students and teachers’ society took place on 16 February 2017 and was devoted to an important and topical subject: “What do studies mean to me?”.  The goal of the club’s discussions is to be heard and understood, and to get practical tips and emotional support.

Traditionally, discussions are organised and facilitated by the students themselves.  The speaker at the event was Zhanat Makhmetsultanov, a 1^st-year Law student, who talked about the importance of motivation in education in a creative and engaging way.

In collaboration with the teachers of the Department of the History of Kazakhstan and General Education Disciplines, the students identified the main obstacles to effective learning.
